We had a GREAT kvpac party experience recently. There is a new party coordinator who was very quick to respond to my request and happy to plan the party tailored to our wants. The kids had a great time and the Princess performers were wonderful!

TERRIBLE. We just had our 4 year-old daughter's party there - the theme was Toy Story "Jessie." We were told during the planning process that they provided decorations and plates/utensils, etc, that they "had everything except the food." Well, we walked in to find two tables covered with black tablecloths, set with white, cheap, flimsy paper plates, and a cheap cowboy hat from HEB as the centerpiece. That's it. No other decorations. My husband had to run out and get colored balloons and plates to liven up the place. Black tablecloths? What part of this is a party for a 4 year old did they not get?
The crafts they did were great, but there was no entertainment in the process. This is a group of 4 year olds and it's a party. Make them laugh or something. The kids felts like they were in school.
The characters that played Woody and Jessie were nice, sweet, young teenagers; however, they did not "play the part." I could've got anyone to dress up, but I thought I was getting PERFORMERS. You know, from the PERFORMING ARTS CENTER?
During the cake, all the kids were being served before the birthday girl. I had to go and ask the person serving the cake to please get the birthday girls' piece. Yes, she did want a specific piece (the edible image), but still, you serve the birthday girl/boy first!
KVPAC did not deliver. We paid too much money for a whole lot of nothing. Very, very disappointing. Will never recommend this. I should've known from the beginning that this place did not have it together when it took the coordinator over a week to get back to me on my initial request to book the party.
