Workout and Get in Shape in the Convenience of Your Home

I get asked questions about workout routines a lot. Many people just don't know what they should do, and let's face it, many of us don't have time for a long workout.

We want something fast that will work all of our body parts and we want to go on with our day.

So I designed a workout that involves a stability ball, 2 dumbbells and just a little bit of floor space.

In this video you can expect to get an entire, total body workout, without having to standup one time. You just use your stability ball, follow the directions, and you will be done.
