Local volunteers from CompassionKaty.org came together to help put a fresh coat of paint on the Breath of Life Children’s clinic facility.

It was a day of hardwork and much fun. The Breath of Life Children’s clinic was truly blessed.

Breath of Life Children’s Clinic serves uninsured and underinsured children within the Katy community. Last year alone, the clinic provided acute sick care and preventive services to over 3700 children. Denise Owen, Executive Director for the Breath of Life Children’s Clinic has always felt that no child in our community should go untreated due to a family’s financial hardship.

CompassionKaty.org is a volunteer group, seeking to connect volunteers into the community to meet needs and share Christ. Diane Walker , Executive Director for CompassionKaty, coordinated the efforts with the clinic.
