The weekday, while it may be redundant, has structure and order to it. But the weekends are the time you catch up on the things that need to be done at home, shop, visit people, socialize, and basically take a break from your normal routine. Often times, our weekends seem to break us from the good habits we developed. The weekends tend to throw us off, and on Monday we have to reboot again. So where do you begin? The best place to begin is to set up a plan for the week. 1. Set up new goals and decide what you want to accomplish this week. Set reasonable goals. (Here's an article I wrote about goal setting for the Chronicle's website.) What are your goals this week? Feel free to add your goals for this week in the comment section.
