The Children's Museum Celebrates the Day of the Child

HOORAY, KIDS! ¡que vivan los niÑos!

In partnership with the Consulate General of Mexico and Maseca, the Children’s Museum of Houston will hold several engaging, hands-on activities in which children will have the opportunity to learn about the arts and traditions of Mexico during the Day of the Child Celebration!

The event begins Sunday, April 26th and focuses on enriching kids’ lives with the value of bilingual literacy. The Museum’s Para los niños program helps Spanish-speaking parents get involved in their children’s education by offering the educational resources they need, free of charge.

Learn how to make a Piñata, a traditional Mexican craft. Plus, enjoy FREE treats and beverages from Maseca.
