Ruby Tuesday is now open in Katy! It is located between Barker Cypress and Park 10, on the north side of I-10.

If you have never been to Ruby Tuesday you are in for a treat. They have a large buffet salad bar with a wide range of fresh veggies and tasty dressings.

Their menu features burgers, steaks, seafood, chicken dishes, etc. If you have tried Ruby Tuesday in the past and were not impressed I'd recommend going back. My husband and I ate at a Ruby Tuesday in Colorado and LOVED it. I'm looking forward to going to the one right here in Katy very soon and I'll let you know our experience.

You're right about the salad bar. It's FAR better than ANY salad bar place I've ever been to. I haven't been to the one here yet but I'm hoping to go soon.
