My Confession

I often get to work at 6 AM and hope to be at home by 8 PM Monday through Friday. My Saturday isn't much different. I run home, have dinner, and do it all again the next day. Between working with clients, attending meetings of various committees, and completing all of the paperwork I have, it's extremely hard to get workouts in.

So a few months ago I started changing my routine. Instead of the long routines i was previously doing, I decided to shorten them, increase the intensity, and see what would happen.

I started using this routine and was so pleased with my results that I started using it with my clients. Not only do I get my workouts accomplished much faster, but I feel like I've given it my all after I'm done.

You know that feeling, right?

I find there are 3 things that people struggle with in Katy.
