Homelessness - On any given night in America, anywhere from 700,000 to 2 million people are homeless, according to estimates of the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty. When you look at global homeless estimates the numbers are even more staggering.

During the month of November all proceeds from Kosmos will go to help support two organizations that are on the front lines in the fight against homelessness.

Local: Star of Hope

Star of Hope is a Christ-centered community dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless men, women and their children. Positive life changes are encouraged through structured programs which focus on spiritual growth, education, employment, life management and recovery from substance abuse.

Global: Orphans in Indonesia

These are ophans as a results of two things natural disaster(tsunami in December 2004) and a man-made disaster which was the cival war conflict that had been raging throughout the 1990s until the time of the tsunami in 2004.
