Katy ServeFest is an annual outreach event of Compassion Katy. The purpose of ServeFest is to unite the churches in the Katy area to make a difference in the Katy community for Christ through various service projects.

The fourth annual Katy ServeFest will take place on Saturday, July 25th and Saturday, August 1st, 2009 at Krause Children's Center and the Katy YMCA's Camp Cinco.

There are currently more than 5 churches who have committed to partner with Compassion Katy for this event, and they anticipate having over 500 volunteers working both Saturdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Projects include many areas of service such as painting, construction and even library organization, so there is something for everyone! Lunch will be provided.
