Hope you enjoy your special day with your children and feel appreciated for all the work you do. You work tirelessly making sure everyone has exactly what they need. Sometimes, though, you forget what YOU need. Taking care of yourself is one of the best things you can do for your family.

Need a rest this Mother's Day? Treat yourself to a mani-pedi, a massage, or just a hour to sit and read. Don't wait for someone to know what you need. Do it for yourself and by doing so, you will also be doing it for those you love. It's not selfish and your family will be thankful you did. A healthy Mom is a happy Mom and we all know "when Mom is happy, everyone is happy".
