Spotlight Performance – Jawad: Nothing sets the summer tone better than some blues and folk music! Get in the swing of summer with this engaging performance perfect for the whole family.
Thursday, May 26 at 6:30 p.m. during Free Family Night Saturday, May 28 at 2 p.m.

Mark Making Machines: Build a device that draws for you! Using an electric motor, invent something that will move along a piece of paper and leave its mark. Use your machine's unique mark to add to our community art piece! ($3 Take Home fee)
Face Shade: Head to Junktion and make a colorful visor to keep your face cool and shaded all summer.
Paper Pinwheel: Create a spinning art piece at Junktion to blow in the summer breeze.
Marble Runs: Use your imagination, creativity and some physics at Science Station to build a marble run sure to impress.
Watercolor Painting: Let your inner artist shine by using watercolors to paint your favorite summer memories at the Alexander Art Academy.

WHERE: Children’s Museum of Houston- 1500 Binz, Houston, TX 77004

MUSEUM HOURS: Tues. – Sat.; 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Sun: Noon – 6 p.m.
Second Saturday of every month open at 9 a.m. for members.
Included with general Museum admission: $8 per person and $7 for seniors 65+. Children under one and Museum Members receive free admission.
Free Family Night every Thursday 5 – 8 p.m.
