You're probably wondering why a frozen meal logo is on FreckleTown.

Well... FreckleTown was invited to attend a dinner at a Chinese food restaurant that was sponsored by MyBlogSpark and General Mills.

Meeting other bloggers was fun and the evening was so nice. Everyone enjoyed soup, appetizers, a main course and then dessert. At the end of the meal fortune cookies were passed around and as everyone opened them the room exploded with noise.

So what was all the noise about? The "fortune" said that our entree was actually a Wanchai Ferry frozen meal. Seriously? No one ( and I mean no one... not even this picky eater) knew it was a frozen meal.

Now I have to say that I have seen these meals at the store... many times.... and kept walking. I'm not much on prepackaged or frozen chinese food. In a restaurant? Defnitely. From a box... up until the dinner absolutely not. Well, it was a pleasant surprise and a wonderful way to end the evening.
