I find this time of year fascinating. I meet so many people that want help, but don't need help.

People come to me with lots of questions. They want to lose weight and get in shape, but they don't quite have it figured out.

Their feeling is that they just need a little direction and they will be on their way to achieve the body they always dreamed of.
