Share the warmth of the season with thousands of families and seniors in Ft. Bend and Harris Counties by donating to the Bears & Blankets Holiday Drive benefiting The Salvation Army.

New teddy bears and stuffed animals, along with new blankets and cold weather wear will be collected and distributed as part of The Salvation Army's Angel Tree Program.

Donate new, unwrapped items including:

• Teddy bears and other stuffed animals
• Blankets
• Jackets
• Scarves
• Hats
• Gloves
• Warm socks

Donations will be accepted at the Home For The Holidays Festival and Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 21, and at the following locations through December 11:

• Bath Junkie
• Beau Kisses
• Katy Area Chamber of Commerce (Suite B206)
• LaCenterra Management Office (Suite B200)
• Mint Clothing & Accessories
• SimplyCinco
• BounceU (14900 Westheimer Rd., near Hwy 6)
