I was comfortable eating them because I felt they were not too fattening and nutritious at the same time. My kids simply adored them. I was recently given a $25 gift card to Randalls and given 2 coupons to try Fiber One bars for free from MyBlogSpark. I bought the Fiber One Oats and Chocolate chewy bars (because anything with chocolate has to be good... right?). Needless to say, I liked them and to my surprise my children liked them (even the pickiest!). Can't think of a tastier way to get the fiber in my family.
