we go through at least 4 yogurts a day (daddy, 4 yr old 3 yr old and 1 yr old each eat one), they all enjoy Milk as a drink and with Cereal. We also spend lots of time out in the Texas heat riding bikes and playing so a frozen Gogurt on a hot summer day is a welcomed treat.

Vitamin D and Calcium are not a problem in our household. We love milk, cheese, yogurt, and broccoli.

Hi Shelia!! We love cheese sticks at our houuse! I have also started freezing small portions of Vanilla Yoplait for in the lunches to dip chunks of fruit into, followed by some organic granola.
(Gee, the mat would make working out at home so much more comfy!

we freeze the gogurts and the kids eat those like Popsicles for extra calcium
