Houston Via Colori® 2009, presented by El Paso Corporation and produced by The Center for Hearing and Speech is a FREE, two-day street painting festival in Sam Houston Park, and the surrounding streets of Allen Parkway and Bagby. Watch the progress of colossal-sized works of art, completely created in pastels, of more than 175 artists. There is also live music, food and children’s activities.
