WHAT: In 1776, the colonies drafted the Declaration of Independence and broke away from England. Come celebrate 233 years of independence by wearing the almighty red, white and blue. Pay homage to the bald eagle, the American flag and everything that makes the U.S. the land of the free and the home of the brave.

• Independence Day Celebration & Kid-Only Parade: Daily Special. Join the drum line, hold your own US flag and strut down Kidtropolis, USA to our courtyard. We will say the pledge and sing the national anthem. Then, we will culminate with an explosion of soda geysers.

• The Lone Star Steppers: Spotlight Performance. Come see this 12-piece drum core step up to lead the Independence Day parade.

• Independence Day Fireworks: Come make your own pretend fireworks.
• Stars and Stripes Patriotic Artwork: Design an American flag using quilt squares that have stripes and stars.
• Eagle Decoration: Make your own bald eagle like the ones found on coins.
• Exploration into Fireworks: Learn about the science behind the scenes
