Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Care Van of Texas will be providing free immunizations Tuesday, April 29th from 4 – 7p.m. at CHRISTUS St. Catherine Hospital. Please bring the child’s shot record and/or a letter from the school. Blue Cross Blue Shield’s Care Van of Texas has an innovative child immunization program where volunteers drive mobile immunization units to provide access to the medically underserved. The program collaborates with local communities to provide free immunizations to uninsured Texas children.
