Prepare yourself and be financial literate

WHAT: During the current economy downside, we need to prepare kids with financial literacy. CMH offers activities that will help kids to be money wise and at the same time build their analytical thinking through math problems and various fun activities.
ALL-WEEK ACTIVITIES:
Spending Spree: Kids can practice their money planning through this imagination activity.
Money Puzzle: Test your math skill by playing board games using your money as the game tool.
Break the Bank: Priceless Science (starts June 25th): Money is not just good to buy things—it also can be a great way to explore several scientific principles.
Literature in the Garden (starts June 25th): Come and learn how living organisms have adapted to their environment.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
- Engineering Switches: Will you be the next Augustus Jackson, an African-American caterer in the 1800’s who developed ice cream flavors that people at Philadelphia craved? Design your very own special ice cream.

Sensor Innovations: Design a mechanical device that is triggered by sensors using water, light, sound, and touch.

Included with general Museum admission: $7 per person and $6 for seniors 65+. Children under one and Museum Members receive free admission.
