OK, so not your ordinary birthday party place but I have to say that my family LOVES parties at CiCi's.

Here's what we do:

pay for each child's buffet
give each child money for the game room (this is their "goodie bag" & "entertainment")
bring cupcakes for everyone
sometimes I bring a craft for the kids to do

I normally call ahead to let them know I'm planning to have a party there but you don't have to and there is no party fee. Normally they will let you know the best times to come so you're not there with a large crowd.
