It's no secret that the summer is a hard time to focus on staying in shape in Katy. We are all busy traveling, the kids are all over the place, and let's face it, it's Texas hot outside. However, I know there are people out there who love a challenge and I want to offer one.
This summer, I am pleased to announce a Katy Summer Slim-Down Challenge to everyone. This contest will begin in just a few short weeks and a prize will be awarded to those who have the best results. Now there are a lot of ways to judge a contest like this.
1. Weight Loss
2. Inches Lost
3. Muscle Gained
4. Something Different (?)
The thing I like about contest like this is that it motivates people. The thing I don't like about contests is that it is always a short term goal and then everyone falls off the deep end again. So this contest will be a little different. (I'll reveal the details of how I am going to judge soon.) The one who makes the best transformation will be declared the winner and will win a vacation to.....(also to be revealed soon).
This contest is open to clients and non-clients alike, and to make sure I don't play favorites with clients, I will have others verifying my choice of the winner.
I know I haven't told you all of the details yet, but if you are interested in this contest, reply back to me and let me know You Want to Win!
