Holiday Regret

I have the best clients in the world, but even they had trouble making it through the Thanksgiving Holiday unscathed.

It’s hard being tempted with all of the temptation of desserts and not giving in for at least a bite of your favorite pie. It’s the holidays, and you can be sure there will be many more times between now and Christmas you have the possibility of facing this.

There are some things you need to know to make it through the holidays without getting stressed out.

1. Limit the temptation – Its one thing to walk past the sweets and take a cookie, but it’s an entirely different thing to pull up a chair to the table. If you are going to cheat on your diet, keep it to a minimum. There’s no reason to try every single dessert or finish off the tray of Rice Krispie treats. If you just have to have something bad for you, just eat one or a piece of one.
