Greek Festival

St. Basil's annual Greek festival is an exciting ethnic event in Houston, TX, that is held in mid-May. Warm weather, a friendly atmosphere, authentic Greek cuisine, live performances and weekend-long activities have made this an occasion not to miss. Proceeds from Houston's Greek Fest benefit the parish and help support its growth within the community.

Homemade Greek Food
We make all of our Greek food and desserts. We feature a Pastichio dinner plate, which is pasta and ground beef in tomato and cream sauce with a Greek salad, Spanakopita, Tiropita, Keftedes, Dolmathes, olives and a roll.

Family-friendly Fun
Visitors can participate in exciting activities and see live performances all weekend long. Cheer on hungry competitive eaters in the World Gyro-Eating Championship, watch talented St. Basil dancers perform Greek dances and learn how to cook traditional Greek food at our cooking demonstrations.
