Although Spring Break, and the small taste of freedom you enjoyed, has passed remember that summer will be here before you know it. And summer means fun for everyone!

Fortunately, the churches in the Katy community are planning and gearing up to have Vacation Bible School fun for kids of all ages. There are so many churches to choose from, so many different themes, dates, times, etc. that there is certainly something for everyone.

Most of the churches listed also have youth/teen programs so when you click on the church's link check those out as well if you have a "bored" teen.

This summer several churches are offering an evening vacation bible school. Did I hear someone say "Date Night"? LOL. Well, that is certainly an option and if you are like most Katy families your life is busy and you may need the break.

Whatever your schedule looks like this summer, look at our VBS list to see if a camp will fit. The programs this summer look so fun... I may have to sign myself up! Which reminds me... there are opportunities to volunteer if you so choose. Just call the contact number and ask for information.

If FreckleTown has left off your church's VBS information, please contact us and we will add it to our list. Several churches we contacted have not approved a date or VBS program yet for this summer so check back over the next few months to see which ones are added.

"NanoDays" is part of a nationwide festival of educational programs about nanoscale science and engineering.

You will learn why the stuff too small to see is of huge importance to study.  It’s only a matter of seeing these fun activities and experiments to understand why.
